Step one

Define Product Ambition

We work with your team to lay the foundations of evidence generation. We explore the interplay between your product, consumer needs, where you are today versus where you want to be. This informs the Production Ambition Statement, the north star of the Parallaxis Process.

Market Assessment

We use Parallaxis proprietary tools to deeply research your market with the aim of uncovering a series of high value evidence generation opportunities for your team to consider.

Identify Product Opportunities

Using the Market Assessment as a starting point, we work with your team to review the evidence generation opportunities and refine them into well-crafted product opportunities that are then prioritised using our set of evaluation criteria.

Step four

Select Proof Pathway

Taking the prioritised list of product opportunities, we create briefs for our Research partners to respond to. Upon receipt of the proposals, we synthesise, refine and present a recommendation to your team. Once aligned we prepare an Evidence Generation Roadmap.

Generate Proof Points

We work closely with our Research partners to implement the evidence Generation Roadmap and create the proof points that your products need.

Craft & Validate Claims

We analyse the data coming out of the research and work with your team to create compelling claims, leveraging Behavioural Science principles to maximise consumer impact.

Test Claims

We take the Crafted Claims and test them with consumers. The claims are further refined, prioritised, and then transferred into your evidence substantiated claims library.
